Today rector prof. Elkhan Huseynov met prof Bekhtiyar Memmedov, Sc.D of chemistry, the head of ANSA Polymer Materials Institution, associate of ANSA in SSU and interchanged their opinions on the development of science and education at the round table. Scientific-experimental cooperation on education-science-production between ANSA Polymer Institution and SSU was discussed, the aims were defined. Rector noted that one of the basic issues reflected in National Strategy on the development of science signed by the head of the country Mr. President Ilham Aliyev is intensifying material-technical resources of science. In this purpose several projects are realized in our university, cooperation contracts are signed. Foundation of departmental source of the university is one of the most important issues. The main aim is providing the students to become professional expert cadres.
The head of Polymer Materials Institution prof. Bekhtiyar Memmedov emphasized that planned cooperation contracts will stimulate the integration of science to education and vice versa. He considered advisable the practice work of theoretical knowledge of the skilled students with innate intellect in PMI. He also noted that he believed our cooperation relations would contribute the development of our national education.
In this meeting the other issues as the preparation and implemention of joint grant projects were also discussed. The result of the meeting will be discussed in the next meeting of Science Council and cooperation contracts will be signed.
