Education potential of any teaching centeris famous with their prestigious scientists, talented students and teenagers.  One of the pedagogues of SSU who has a great role in the development of university, well-known linguist, the vice-rector on Science and Innovation professor RamazanMammadov.He participated III Moscow International Education Exhibition in Russia and was awarded diploma of Natural Knowledge Academy of Scientifically Publication Center. For additional information note that, professor R.S.Mammadov was born in Gax village Gum in 1944 on July 1, graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute named M.F.Akhundov, specialty Russian language and literature, scholar of Lenin. He began to work as ajunior assistant, teacher, junior teacher, docent, deputy of dean till 1991 in the university.   He was Ph.d student of Moscow State University named M.V.Lomonosov in 1974-1977. He researched dissertation “The phonetics interfusion in Russian speech of Azerbaijani”and got the degree on philology sciences. He worked docent, head of the department, and deputy of Methodical union on teaching the Russian language in Kabul University of Afghanistan Democratic Republic by the notification of SSRU Ministry of High Education. He began to work in SSU as docent, professor, and head of the department from 1991 year. He has been working vice-rector on Science and Innovation since 2014. He researches Azerbaijan and Russian languages comparatively. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2009. He is the author of more than 150 scientific, publicist articles, theses and 8 monographs’.  Professor R.S.Mammadov has been living in Sumgayit since 1962 and he is in love for native town. Professor RamazanMammadov doesn’t satisfy to engage linguistic, he is also the author of books, articles, thesesand 7 monographs dedicated to Azerbaijan Armenian confrontation. Beating heart with love of country professor has always been estimated highly. He was awarded different medals and certificates in different years, in 1965 “XX let Pobedi v VelikoyOtcestvennoyvoyne” anniversary medal, in 1984 “Eftexor” medal of Afghanistan Republic, in 2012 initial education worker medal of Azerbaijan Republic.  He was awarded for his scientific article “Differences of vowelsaccording to timbre” in “Experimental education” international scientific journal.
