Our university had a solemn and lovely lasting series of events devoted to the Mr. Javid’s activity. Making a speech in the event devoted to the writer’s activity the rector professor Mr. Elkhan Huseynov notified that Huseyn Javid is one of the great personalities to develop the culture, literature and the science of Azerbaijan. Huseyn Javid’s works are the national treasure of our nation and so far, his immortal works has been preserved as the national heritage. It is duty of us all to prorogate and to study his artistic heritage. Starting his activity by poems, Javid wrote the first play “The mother”  in 1910. He founded the content drama by producing more than 20 following works: ”Deer”, “Sheikh Sanan”, Abyss”, “Sheyda”, “Devil”, “Afet”, “Prophet”, “Timur the Lame”, “Knyaz”, “Sayavush”, “Khayyam”, “The revenge of Devil”, “Atilla”, “Koroglu”, “Azer”.  Javid’s professionalism and spiritual conjunction to the nation brought about eternity of his activity. Therefore, the personalities as well as Javid will always be memorized. It was noted by the rector as well that the national leader Haydar Aliyev played a significant role for reestablishing the activity of Javid in our country and for the nation. Thus, by the initiative and insistence of Heydar Aliyev the grave of Javid had been moved in 1982 from Russia, Irkutsk to motherland Nakhichevan that he grown up. It had been established the museum homes in Nakhichevan, in 1981 and Baku in 1995 as well. His mausoleum had been built by October 1996 while the anniversary of his birth and turned into the saint shrines of the nation. Nowadays, the policy of national leader Haydar Aliyev is successfully followed by all directions and meanwhile, is taken various measures in order to develop the artistic and cultural growth. The wise and expedient activity of the president of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev brought about the good results in the fields of literature, art and culture as well as in the others.
The doctor of phil. sciences Ms. Tora Mammadova has widely spoke about Huseyn Cavid’s life and creative. She noted that the poems of the writer are not only the honor and the pride of our literature but also his activity and creative that develops the culture, sets free and makes independence of the nation. 
Afterwards, the students of 3rd course of Philological faculty performed some scenes out of the writer’s poems as “Sheikh Sanan”, “The Devil”, “The Prophet” and the poems “My heaven”, “I would like”, “Go” were said as well. Our Students performed the poem “At the girl’s school” masterly. By comparing Javi’d artistic activity with the famous writers worldwide such as Gorge Bayron (English writer) and Johan Hotte (German writer) and the others it wan noted that their activity was to serve to the nation. It was specially pointed that Mr. IlhamAliyev, shares on the great glory and essence of Azerbaijani literature in the world arena he said: - “Our literature played a great role in the formation of world’s literature”. We dare speak by honor accordingly”. 
The professor of the department on Azerbaijani and foreign countries’ literature, the writer Mr. Rafig Yusifoglu, by classifying  Javid’s creative he mentioned with the pride about the care by national leader Mr. Heydar Aliyev to our writers and noted that our students are the fans of Azerbaijan’s poetry. The head of department of Methodology and Teaching of Azerbaijani language and literature, the docent Mr. Yusif Aslanov, being the author, presented his book so-called “Javid’s world of word” to the rector of the university professor Mr. Elkhan Huseynov and noted that is great of importance to run such kind of events in order to deliver the memory about Javid to the future generations.
