Our university has held the presentation on Nov 22 concerning “One” Student-Volunteer Program by the initiative of Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic. Making an opening speech an assistant of the program Mr. J. Ilyasov spoke about the aim of the program and noted that: “the program is long-term way to stimulate an appropriate activity of the students-volunteers to play a significant role for the political and economical growth and meanwhile, to systematize their work accordingly. The goal of program’s realization is to enlighten the students for voluntariness and its targets, to run campaign activity, to create a unique data base of student – volunteers, to ensure the participation of the student - volunteers in the public – cultural events and to involve them into the presentations’ programs aim namely to prorogate our country in world arena”. Afterwards, the students, speaking about an experience gained while the program activity they expressed their feelings concerning voluntariness.  At the same time the volunteers’ responsibilities, duties and achievements were the matter of speech. Hereinafter, an event went on with the quiz and contests. By the end the students had a chance to watch a video concerning six directions of the program, namely are the team tours, festivals, charity and etc. held within the project.
