The final conference of the TEMPUS project named by “Development and improvement of the University Administration on International Affairs” was held on February 27-28. The conference was coordinated by Azerbaijan State University of Economics. The attendees of the conference were the representatives of Ministries of Education and universities of the partner countries.
The key goal of the project is to form optimal and mobile mechanism of international affairs based on European experiences and national traditions in the partner universities. Besides, it serves not only for the involvement of multinational student - teacher staff in order to create the international education conditions in the partner universities but also it promotes the partner universities to become high schools containing global affairs, to encourage them in order they to join the international network of universities and to achieve their being in the international rating lists. 
The rector of ASUE, a professor Mr. Adalat Muradov, the head of National Erasmus+ of Azerbaijan Branch Office Mr. Parviz Bagirov, the representative of Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Yashar Omarov, the representatives of Ministries of Education of Ukraine, Kirgizstan and Tajikistan, the representative of the Great Britain Warwick University on behalf of European partners of UNIVIA project Mr. James Kennedy, the vice-rector of ASUE on International Affairs and Programs Mr. Shahin Bayramov, the representatives of Bologna University of Italy, the representatives of Universities of Malaga and Santiago de Kompostela of Spain, the representative of the representatives of Kirgizstan University of Economics, the representatives of Kirgizstan International University and the representatives of Khujand Sate University have attended in the conference. Our university has been represented in the conference by Mrs. Nigar Isgandarova which is the manager of that project in SSU and the researcher of the project, methodist of the International Office of SSU Mrs. Samira Mammadova. The representatives of Azerbaijan University of Languages, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and Baku High School have attended in the conference like the experts and listeners. The opening ceremony of the conference ended with the questions and answers concerning the project and thereby the conference went on with the section meetings for the next two days. 
It should be noted that European partner universities of the project are Warwick University, University of Malaga, University of Santiago de Kompostela and University of Bologna. And Azerbaijani partner universities of this reputable education union are Sumgait State University, Baku State University, Ganja Sate University and Nakhichevan State University. So, the regional partner universities of the project are Kiev National University of Economics, Poltava University of Economics and Trading, Kirgizstan University of Economics, Kirgizstan International University, Tajikistan Institute of Entrepreneurship and Services and Khajand State University.
