A training was held at the University of Warwick which is one of the European partners of the TEMPUS UNIVIA Project on “Development and Improvement of University Administration in International Relations” coordinated by Azerbaijan State University of Economics from May 25 to June 7.
Relevant employees of the Project partners Sumgayit State University, Nakhchivan State University, the National Economic University of Kiev (Ukraine), Kirgizstan State University (Kirgizstan) and Khujand State University (Tajikistan) participated in 2-week training.
SSU was represented in the event by the Head of Foreign Languages Chair, Professor Nigar Isgandarova.
Discussions on mechanism of international relations, criteria for the selection of the partner universities, the experience of the implementation of students and teaching staff exchange, involving overseas students, successful promotion of university in international arena, marketing measures, effective web - page and social media activity, participation in international educational projects and other directions were conducted during the jointly organized seminar by the Warwick University International Relations Office and Center for Applied Linguistics.
