The modernization in the management system of the modern period has caused a need for the new management models. In these regards, the consistent reforms realized under the leadership of the president Mr. IlhamAliyev is namely targeted to improvement of the management and formation of the modern idea. One of the principals of the management models is the provision of the transparency. Taking into account namely this fact, the president has concluded the Orders, dated 13.06. – 05.09.2012. Those Orders aimed at the formation of the democratic management in our country. Namely, it is directed to provide transparent system in the activity of the state bodies and to create mobile and qualified services realized by means of innovations. Besides, one of the key targets of that system is to remove the bribery and corruption out of the management system of the country. The Orders caused of an establishment of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan Republic and ASAN Service centers. Since then that model of Azerbaijan started to involve the interest of the world society which based on a strong political will. In that respect, the Carrier Center and YAP Youth Union of the university has arranged a seminar under the name “ASAN service as Azerbaijani brand” together with Sumgait Office of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the president of Azerbaijan Republic. 
Making an opening speech, the head of Carrier Centre Mr. ZahidBunyatov notified that the key goal of the seminar is to instruct in a right way the students in order they to get the jobs in ASAN Service Centers either in the state bodies or volunteer organization. Such kind of seminars is one of the significant steps towards the provision with the jobs of the students. Being Azerbaijani brand and invention, ASAN service keeps attracting an interest of international experts. The activity of “ASAN Service” centers arranged based on principals such as mobility, transparency, kindness, responsibility and conformability. That service  established by the President namely for the welfare and comfortable life of the nation. One of the successful features of that model is the professional personnel of ASAN Service Centers. 
The leader of the country said about that Azerbaijani brand as follows: “We can offer ASAN Service as a sample of reforms realized against corruption”. Currently, the centers are included 30 legal and 32 functional subsidiary services. It is not accidental that many officials from the different countries visit Azerbaijan with the purposes to get known closely of that model. 
The head of “ASAN School” and the deputy head of the Human Resources Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Jahangir Aliyev and the member of the management board of ASAN voluntaries and the person in charge for the volunteers of Sumgait ASAN Service Center Mr. RashadMammadov made a speech and widely spoke about the activity of the Center. They notified that most of the employees working in the center are the youth and they have a successful activity. 
The speakers notified as well that we enjoy not only innovations created by the world societies but also enjoy our own ones. As a good sample we can offer ASAN Service which brought about a big satisfaction of the people and included many public services in one unique center. Recently, one more service has been added to the family of ASAN Service Centers. Thus, the centers started to provide a special license on entrepreneurship activity. That attempt was realized by the Order of the president in order to boost that field. The president notified that “”because of the people’s big satisfaction of that model ASAN service will be developed. Each sphere should own a transparent structure. Local and central executive power bodies mainly must serve for the people. One of the key aspects in the activity of those bodies is the people’s satisfaction. I always take into account that fact when evaluate an activity of each executive power”.
The speakers noted in the end of their speeches that it is pleasure to see the students of SSU among the employees of ASAN Service which are distinguished with their intellect and skills. The students, in their turn, are making a big contribution for the formation of qualified volunteer organization in ASAN Service Centers which is helpful to youth to get practical experiences.
