The expansion of international relations contributes to the development of the country’s education.
On April 19, delegation from international “Knowledge reactor” research and counselor company visited Sumgait State University. After welcoming the guests rector talked about the university’s establishment history, faculties, structure, rich scientific and student life, varied activities and international relations. He noted that the university is a member of several international projects, Caspian countries’ State Universities Association and is a co-chair of Azerbaijan-Russia Universities Association since 2015. While speaking about intellectual potential of the students rector also noted that through Student Scientific Society participating in university, republic and international scientific conferences, seminars, subject Olympiads, competitions and creative projects with their scientific-research and creative work our students are awarded with certificates. In recent years our students actively participated in International Youth Forum on “Technical and mathematical science” at Voronezh State Forest Technical University, in “Saint Petersburg OPEN 2016” international conference on Optoelectronics, Photonics and Nanostructures at Saint Petersburg National Research Academic University of Russia Academy of Science, and this year they took part in International Youth Scientific-practical Conference at Pskov State University and were awarded with certificates. In our university, Linguistic Center was established in order to increase their knowledge of language. In a word, nowadays, SSU has established close relationships with universities of several foreign countries, including Russian universities and these relationships are thriving.
Alexander Rulyov (System analytic, technical expert), Sergei Borisovich Peresligin (leader-expert, scientific leader), Yuriy Chernovskiy (Urbanistics Institute chief, Kiev), Yelena Borisovna Peresligina (psychologist), Vladimir Nikitin (President of pedagogical club, Ukraine), Aleksei Stepanov (group leader, Saint Petersburg) who participated in the meeting expressed their satisfaction for being in Azerbaijan and thanked to SSU senior staff. Sergei Peresliqin gave detailed information about “Knowledge reactor” project. He informed that “Knowledge reactor” research and counselor company puts into practice the research and experimental design work, a new type of cognitive technologies and analytical and non-analytical methods of future. He also emphasized that the company implements complex analytical, prognostic services, allows to create opportunity for complete dramatization of territory management, management methodology under conditions of uncertainty, author education courses: strategy, prognostics, engineering, express prognostics of business, setting the concept of corporative future, making scenarios which link strategies, growth of game modeling and management issues on predicting fields and business. Sergei Borisovich Presligin also said that the strategy of the company is to help to implement the Federal Law (N172-Ф3 about strategic planning of Russian Federation) of Russian Federation which is prepared by the company in the field of strategic planning via predicting methods and technologies of future, also the next (Sixth) technological order (production economy, artificial intelligence, additional technologies) in Russia.
The aim of the project which is held together with Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Education is to determine the perspectives by finding out education level at high schools. Then exchange of opinions was held. After the meeting the guests visited SSU’s laboratories which are provided with modern equipment.
