Media is a mirror of society. Let’s be honest to ourselves while looking the mirror
In response to the complaint letter of former 4th course student of the Faculty of history and geography, the group 869 of Sumgait State University Shirinov Shahmar Rasul oglu, we notify that he was admitted to Sumgait branch of Azerbaijan Institute of Teachers with 271 score in 2013, to the specialty on “History and geography teaching”, full-time department, and studied there for 2 years.
The branch was abolished according to order of President of Azerbaijan Republic, dated July 24, 2015. Afterwards, in accordance with minister of education’s order the branch was transferred to Sumgait State University with its material-technical sources, as well as pedagogical and student staff. 
Inside the personal documents of Shirinov Shahmar Rasul oglu, there is a contract signed by him, showing his 1300 manat education fee, at the same time a document about his 2300 manat debt of education fee with the chief accountant’s signature.
It should be noted that, that time not only Shahmar, but some other students also had debt of education fee. Those students paid their debts within next years. Shirinov Shahmar expressed that, he was exempted from tuition fee when he was asked to pay it. But there is not any document about his exemption from fee.
His parent was invited to the university, met with faculty dean and the head of methodical training center. His parent was informed that, for the graduation from the university, 4th course student should not have a debt of education fee. They were given sufficient time and delay for payment. But his parent noted that, he could not pay the fee.

There is no basis of complaint letter of former student of SSU about expulsion from the university, because he has not made a payment.

Justice will come only in that case. The rector of Sumgait State University, Prof Elkhan Huseynov after being appointed by President of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev, has a signature on the projects for improvement of SSU, meets with teaching and student staff, cares about their material and moral problems and gives his support.
