On May 2, the final concert of Republican artistic creativity festival of secondary and first vocational education institutions’ pupils and students dedicated to the 94th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held.  Artistic amateur collectives from 14 high schools, 17 secondary vocational and 18 first vocational training institutions participated in the festival. In the first stage of the festival about 1000 pupils and students demonstrated their skills and talents. Selections were held by the jury consisting of artists and well-known figures of culture and art. More than 250 pupils and students gained chance to participate in the final competition. By the decision of the jury, the students of Sumgait State University Bahar Guliyeva, Zibeyde Bashirova, Ayna Yadigarova, Ragif Azizov and the chorus of the university were awarded with diplomas and prizes by the Ministry of Education and Republican Committee of Independent Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Employees.
