They discussed scientific and educational relations between two countries and notified that distant education realizes education between a student and a teacher. Distant education gives a chance to study abroad without losing time. A principle of free learning does exist here. Although the student is away from the teacher by time or distance, they can connect anytime they want via telecommunication means. From this point of view, functions of distant education are broad in different educational program with various aims.
At the end of the training, Samir Orujov was awarded with a diploma of achievement.
