On April 26, a conference was held dedicated to awarding of the winners of “The 5th republican competition in the field of inventiveness”. The conference was held with the organization of Azerbaijan"s Center for Patent and Trademarks. 
Professor of the chemistry and its teaching methods department Mukhtar Samadov and docent of the electromechanics department Aslan Ahmadov attended the conference. Professor Mukhtar Samadov was awarded an incentive prize for his invention of “Granular superphosphate obtaining method”. He shared his delight and noted that such an event is the fifth in stimulation of scientists working in this field as a support in science and technology.
Mukhtar Samadov also noted that Elkhan Huseynov’s objective, principal position makes coworkers work more effectively and productively. “Thus, the number of articles published in highly-indexed journals has grown considerably. Also, development in the field of patent is in the center of attention.”
