On July 27, the next training was held at Sumgayit State University on “E-learning at higher educational institution” according to work plan 3 in the framework of PETRA project. Vice-rector on Teaching Organization and Training Technologies and SSU manager of PETRA project docent Natig Talibov, head of the International Cooperation Office Samira Mammadova, personnel of the Office and Information Technologies Department took part in the training. 
Instructor Ulkar Bayramova, the researcher of e-education field on higher educational institutions of Khazar University delivered presentation on “Research activities E-learning WP3” and gave wide information about the law adopted in direction of research, preliminary stages and methods of conducting research. It should be noted that E-education is an education system realized by information and modern technologies. According to UNESCO specialists, E-learning is a teaching method conducted via Internet and multimedia. E-education covers electron textbooks, education services and computer technologies. In fact, e-learning started by using computer services. Firstly, trainings were conducted by using classic practical practice and alternative computers. 
The questions were responded on the topic and a debate over the questions was conducted among participants.
