On September 13, Department chief of Uninettuno University of Italy Raimondo Sepe and person in charge on LPEB project Fransesco Fedele visited Sumgayit State University within the framework of Erasmus+ project “Professional Bachelor in open and distance learning for the energy and environmental performance of buildings in the Russian Federation, China and Azerbaijan” . The purpose was to share the experience of Italian universities on establishing Didactic cyberspace and to give advice about encountered problems.   
Before the seminar, the guests visited scientific-research laboratories of the Faculty and the studio which was set up for distant education within the project. They got informed about the activity and plans of the studio. 
Vice-rector on Correspondent, distant and extra education of SSU docent Qafar Atayev, dean of the Faculty of Physics and electroenergetics docent Tamella Ahmadova, head of International Cooperation Office PhD on history Samira Mammadova and personnel of the Office, head of the Department of Electromechanics docent Turgay Huseynov and Department employees took part in the event. 
The instructors gave information about the ways of setting up cyber didactic space. They shared the experience of Italian university gained in this field, and spoke about the role of establishing cyberspace in development of distant education. The ideas were exchanged about writing technics of video lectures at mobile studio, methodology of editing video lectures via multimedia, animation of episodes from laboratory devices, preparation methodology of electron teaching materials with cyber links and other issues. Simultaneously, the representatives of Uninettuno University visually displayed application process for distant education by entering web-page and examples of video lessons. 
The questions were responded, the subject was debated during the training.
