OUR STUDENT WAS AWARDED TITLE OF BEST JUDGE IN “SABAH IV STUDENT DEBATE FORUM”
Fourth Student Debate Forum was held within the framework of project “Republican Youth Debate Forum: autumn 2018” with the partnership of Ministry of Education and organization of SABAH groups and “Debate in Civil Society” Public Unity.
The main object of the Forum is to increase the knowledge of SABAH students on different debate subjects, to develop their free research and presentation skills, to provide the efficiency of their educational activities and to create the interest to intellectual games and communication among them.
Deputy Minister of Education Firudun Gurbanov notified in the event that intellectual forums positively influence to the upbringing of youth and improve competitiveness.
The subject of debate competitions was chosen in accordance with action plan on centennial of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic of Cabinet of Ministers. The discussions were held around the topic “Military power of countries plays an effective role in the advancement of interstate civil relations”.
21 teams, representing 6 universities participated in the group and “play-off” stages of the Forum. It worth be noting that IV course student of the Faculty of Physics and electroenergetics of our university Nijat Huseynov was awarded the title of the best judge of “SABAH IV Student Debate Forum”.
