The name of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, who made history with his large-scale activity and wrote the Epic of Salvation upon his return, is one of such historical figures as Shah Ismail Khatayi and Mustafa Kemal Pasha Ataturk, engraved in golden letters in the history of our national statehood.

At a time when the history of our national statehood began in the late 60s, the stage of the newest Azerbaijani architect, victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, with his magnificent creative work, powerful domestic and foreign policy, is directly related to the principles of the Great Leader. Addressing his homeland and people, whom he loved more than his life, he proudly said: "I believe in Ilham Aliyev as much as I do!" Great leader Heydar Aliyev, who became a bridge between history and modernity, made decisions on behalf of the Nation, State and Country in the most difficult moments and in difficult moments with endless love for the Motherland, did not hesitate to disarm the enemy, walk on it and even go to the trenches. He voted for the true voice of the people who believed in him, trusted him and trusted their destiny in him.

It was this powerful statesman who laid the foundation of a new stage in the history of our national statehood with the thoughtful, far-sighted policy of the Great Leader, the true voice of our compatriots surrounding the CIS and the Baltic states of more than 50 million Azerbaijanis. Heydar Aliyev is a participant, creator of the fateful pages of the history of the twentieth century and a citizen, personality, leader who has borne the responsibility of Azerbaijan on his shoulders for more than 30 years and brought it out of the trials of history as a state and nation!

Heydar Aliyev was a great person. By bringing Huseyn Javid"s body home from the far Siberian steppes, by erecting the Mausoleum Complex in his native Nakhchivan, by reclaiming the rights of Agha Mohammad Shah Gajar, statesman Molla Panah Vagif, who embellished not only his poetry but also his analytical thinking in Shusha fortress and Karabakh khanate proved that he is a great citizen by celebrating the anniversaries of Uzeyir Bey, Natavan, Bulbul, Nizami, Nasimi, Fuzuli, Sabir, Mirza Fatali Akhundzadeh and dozens of other historical figures by opening memorial museums. These are also monuments erected by the Leader, who said, "I have always been proud, and today I am proud to be Azerbaijani."

For our history of national statehood, perhaps 30 years is not such a long time, but in these years full of turmoil, we have experienced the horrors of January 20, Khojaly, the longing for Karabakh, the Shusha tragedy. But we believe that on the way to eternal Independence, the Great Return, Salvation and Revival, there is no greater wealth than Unity, Integrity, a precious blessing from the love of the Fatherland, and a delicious syrup from Eternal Independence. We have followed the will and advice of the elders. We loved our crescent, star, tricolor flag, which is a symbol of the freedom of the homeland, and now waving on the summit of Murov, Khudafar bridge, Shusha fortress, we gave Martyrs in its path!

Thanks to the will of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev, the Mighty Azerbaijani Army, and the blood of the martyrs, we have written the latest Azerbaijani Epic of Salvation and Revival in Shusha Fortress. For all this, every citizen of Azerbaijan is grateful for the Great Leader"s Epic of the Great Return of History from Nakhchivan to Baku.

There are sacred figures, unforgettable days, which embody the love of the Motherland, land, nation, country of the mighty Leaders of the Great Personalities. June 15 is one of such sacred and unforgettable historical days for the people of Azerbaijan.
