The absolute majority of the Azerbaijani people, who believe in every word of the Great Leader, love him and trust him, voted for Ilham Aliyev in the elections held on October 15, 2003. He proved that there was no alternative to Heydar Aliyev"s policy in the country.

Because of his deep knowledge of international relations, President Ilham Aliyev skillfully violated the "managed chaos" plan that Islamophobic circles and anti-Azerbaijani centers wanted to create in our country. He protected the people from ethnic, political and ideological confrontation. In this case, of course, the philosophy of Azerbaijanism became the moral support of Ilham Aliyev"s policy.

Under the slogan "Let"s turn oil capital into human capital", Ilham Aliyev identified the issue of upbringing creative youth as a strategic task, and thus ensured the future development of Azerbaijan. It is no coincidence that thousands of talented young people have been able to study at the world"s leading universities.

Taking continuous measures to increase the share of the non-oil sector in the country"s economy, Ilham Aliyev implemented major infrastructure projects. The construction of thousands of new schools and health facilities was a step towards the future development of the country.

During the 18 years of Ilham Aliyev"s presidency in Azerbaijan, our country has achieved rapid development in all areas, and the social welfare of the people has further improved.
