ANNOUNCEMENT
List of documents to be submitted for registration of persons admitted to the vacant planned places for the master's degree of Sumgayit State University in the 2021/2022 academic year
Those admitted to the master's degree must register for higher education institutions electronically. To do this, you need to register on the platform https://portal.edu.az/, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education" among the services provided after entering the created personal account.

The registration process will take place from 18 to 25 August 2021.
The following documents are required for registration:
1. Original and 3 copies of ID card;
2. Original and 1 copy of bachelor's diploma and transcript;
3. High school graduation certificate for current year graduates;
4. 4 3x4 cm photographs;
5. Medical certificate;
6. Those who are admitted on a paid basis can pay tuition fees on gpp.az via FIN or invoices. To do this, go to gpp.az, select EDUCATION from all services, and then click on HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS service. You can make a payment by entering the relevant information on the page that opens.
7. Notarized copy of the document confirming the privilege for privileged persons (IDPs, families of martyrs, children of invalids of the Karabakh war, deprived of parental care) provided by the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan adopted on a paid basis;
These documents must be submitted to the Doctoral and Master's Department of SSU by August 27, 2021 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) in a string folder.
Bachelors who do not have proper documents will not be admitted to the master's degree.
