In the last 5 years, 58 articles, including 11 scientific articles and 3 theses, have been published by the department's employees in prestigious journals of foreign countries. In the last 5 years, 23 subject programs, including 15 subject programs under the seal of the Ministry of Science and Education, 7 subject programs under the seal of the Scientific Council of the university, 4 teaching aids and 2 methodological aids, more than 100 syllabuses have been prepared for the department.The employees of the department have connections with ASPU, AzTU, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, and Ganja State University. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Sumgait State University in November 2022, 3 employees of the department were awarded the "Honorary diploma" by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In October 2022, another employee was awarded with the Honorary diploma by the university management on the occasion of October 5 "International Teachers' Day" for his effective scientific and pedagogical activity.
