Educational building
Sumgait State University has 3 educational buildings and 2 dormitories.
The first educational building of SSU consists of 4 floors. There are 4 faculties in the main educational building - Mathematics, Engineering, Economics and Management, History and Geography. The educational building also has auditoriums and laboratories according to modern educational standards, a rich library, an information and computing center equipped with modern equipment, a publishing-polygraphy department, and two assembly halls. There is a Sports club and a spacious canteen in the main educational building. The university administration (rector, vice-rectors), as well as departments and centers are located in the first educational building.
The Faculty of Natural Sciences is located in the second educational building of SSU. There are auditoriums in accordance with modern educational standards and laboratories equipped with modern equipment. There is a separate canteen of the educational building.
The third educational building of SSU is located at Sumgait city, 16th block. The Faculty of Philology and Department of Additional Education operate in the 3rd two-story educational building. There is a library and a canteen in the educational building. The Sumgait center established under the Azerbaijan Fencing Federation is located in the 3rd educational building.
In the yard of all three educational buildings, mini football and basketball stadiums, a chess playground and table tennis have been installed for students to spend their free time.
