INFORMATION DAY WITHIN ERASMUS+EQAC PROJECT
On March 14, information day on “Quality assurance in teaching and learning process” within ERASMUS+EQAC project was held for lecturers, laboratory workers and tutors of Sumgayit State University.
The event was conducted by the moderators: vice-rector of Humanitarian Issues docent Ramiz Huseynov, chairwoman of International Cooperation Office PhD in history Samira Mammadova, employee of the Office Nihad Huseynov, associate of Evaluation and quality assurance department Sadagat Fatullayeva.
The aim of organizing the event was to inform the University staff about EQAC project and the activity of Quality Assurance Centre, which will be instituted, to share the experience gained in London visit held within the project, and also to discuss further steps – surveys, monitoring and relevant measures.
Vice-rector of Humanitarian Issues docent Ramiz Huseynov hailed the guests commenced the event and gave general information about the project.
Project manager Samira Mammadova delivered presentation about ERASMUS+EQAC project and Middlesex University of United Kingdom. By sharing her experience gained in trainings, she emphasized significance of ERASMUS+KA2 projects and recommended University staff to improve their language skills and participate in the interchange within international projects.
Nihad Huseynov delivered presentation on “Learning outcomes”, Sadagat Fatullayeva “Bloom taxonomy” in the event.
It should be noted that Middlesex University instituted in 1878. It has 40000 students and has branches in Malta and Dubai.
