ACTUAL ISSUES OF PSYCHOLOGY WERE DISCUSSED
Scientists from foreign countries held seminars, round tables and meetings on various topics as a continuation of the International scientific conference "Interdisciplinary integration: linguodidactic, linguocultural and psycholinguistic aspects" at Sumgayit State University.
On December 20, at the round table Professor of Russian Kuban State University Chepeleva Lada Metallovna made a detailed presentation on "Actual Issues of Psychology" for students studying social and psychological specialties.
First, the head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, associate professor Aytakin Mammadova welcomed the guest and expressed his pleasure to see her at the university. She said that our university regularly hosts various meetings with local and foreign scientists, exchanges of ideas. Organization of such meetings is very important from the point of view of studying international experience. Aytakin Mammadova also noted that an inclusive education environment has been created at SSU, a center for students with disabilities has been established, and the university has been successfully partnering on several projects.
The guest expressed her deep gratitude to the staff for the warm welcome. She highly appreciated the seminars, round tables and meetings organized to educate the youth.
An exchange of views was held around the topic, and numerous questions were answered by students. The round table also discussed the prospects of future cooperation within the close cooperation between the educational institutions of the two countries.
At the end of the presentation, Chepeleva Lada Metallovna was presented a certificate signed by the rector of SSU.
