THE UNIVERSITY'S EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS MONITORED BY THE ADMINISTRATION
On September 28, the rector of Sumgayit State University, Professor Elkhan Huseynov, monitored the university's educational buildings, research laboratories and auditoriums on the occasion of the beginning of traditional education in higher education institutions from September 29.
Speaking about the current state of preparation for the new academic year, the rector gave relevant instructions to the heads of relevant departments of the university to further increase the efficiency of the organization of education. He said that university staff should take an active part in the vaccination process for the health of themselves and others.
The rector also noted that in order to follow the rules of personal hygiene and disinfection of each employee and student, disinfection was carried out in all educational buildings of Sumgayit State University: corridors, auditoriums and laboratories, centers, public catering facilities and sanitary facilities. In order to raise awareness, educational stands were installed in the corridors, and special disinfectants were installed to reduce the risk of infection of employees and students.
In this regard, the management has appointed supervisors in all three educational buildings of the university. In the future, the university will carry out disinfection against coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
Expressing confidence that the 2021/2022 academic year will be remembered with important innovations, the rector invited all members of the SSU staff to be more active in the multifaceted and modernized university life.
