OUR EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATES IN THE ERASMUS + INFORMATION DAY
On December 15, Erasmus + Information Day was organized by the National Erasmus + Azerbaijan Office at the Azerbaijan Technical University with the participation of representatives of higher education institutions, government agencies, civil society and other Erasmus + stakeholders.
The main purpose of the event was to provide information on the new Erasmus + 2022 calls CBHE (Capacity Building in Higher Education) and a number of programs to accredited higher education institutions.
Opening the event, Vice-Rector for International Relations of Azerbaijan Technical University, Professor Subhan Namazov greeted the representatives and participants of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, expressed satisfaction with the visit to AZTU and then shared the experience of Azerbaijan Technical University in European projects.
Then the head of the National Erasmus + Azerbaijan office Parviz Bagirov spoke about the role of the Erasmus + program in Azerbaijan and innovations in the calls of 2022, and Vusala Gurbanova, Chief Adviser of the Department of Science, Higher and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education, gave detailed information about national priorities in higher education adn support of Ministry of Education to Erasmus+ programs.
In the second part of the event, Parviz Bagirov informed the participants about the 2021-2027 Erasmus + programs and existing calls. At the end, the event continued with a question and answer session.
The meeting was attended from Sumgayit State University by Sadagat Fatullayeva, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Foreign Students.
