The employee of the university Taje Vahabova's 60th anniversary was celebrated
Today, the 60th anniversary of the birth of Taje Vahabova, a specialist of the personnel department of Sumgayit State University is celebrated.
Rector of the university professor Elkhan Huseynov received Taje Vahabova and congratulated her on her 60th anniversary and wished her good health. Thanking Mrs. Taje for giving the country a worthy son like Farhad, he spoke about the martyr Farhad Aliyev to the pinnacle of martyrdom and the heroism he showed in the 44-day Patriotic war. He noted that the greatest happiness in life is to be a martyr for the Motherland. However, not every person is lucky enough to become a martyr and rise to that unattainable peak. Today, the people of Azerbaijan are proud of our martyrs, who have become a source of our pride.
At the end of his speech, the rector presented an honorary decree and award to Taje Vahabova for her long-term effective work, active participation in the public affairs of the university, and on the occasion of her 60th anniversary.
Taje Vahabova expressed her gratitude for the kind words and congratulations to the rector of the university professor Elkhan Huseynov. She said: "As a mother, I have always been proud of my only child, Farhad. He fought to the end as a soldier loyal to the Military Oath, worthy of the honorable name of an Azerbaijani soldier."
Taje Vahabova also emphasized that the martyr Farhad's dream about the motherland was fulfilled: "Our lands were freed, but his dreams related to himself remained unfinished."
