ATTENTION STUDENTS ADMITTED TO THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE!
The document acceptance of the students will be carried out in the online format at Sumgayit State University.
Those admitted to the bachelor's level at Sumgayit State University in the 2022/2023 academic year can enter the https://portal.edu.az portal and register online.
Documents required for online registration:
1. Work number (6 digits) and PIN code;
2. Copy of certificate or sub-baccalaureate diploma;
3. Copy of military ticket (call-up card for those not in military service);
4. A copy of the receipt for the payment of the tuition fee from the applicants admitted on a paid basis. Tuition fees are paid at any branch of Kapital bank OJSC across the country to the account of Sumgayit State University, specifying the applicant's name, surname, patronymic and ID card series.

Step 1:
The student can pay from his personal account.
Step 2:
The student can pay via PIN or invoice on the "gpp.az" website.
For this, you need to enter the gpp.az site, select EDUCATION from all services, then select the HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS service. The relevant information should be entered on the page that opens. Then the payment can be processed.
Step 3:
After the status of payment is set, students approach the bank and state that they want to pay through the Government Payment Portal (GPO), and pay by presenting the invoice generated in PIN or ATIS.
Step 4:
He can make payments through the mobile application of the bank whose service he uses from the relevant section of that application.
In addition, the following documents must be submitted by privileged applicants:
a) Applicants who have lost both parents and are deprived of parental care:
1. Copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. Copy of death certificate of parent(s);
3. A copy of the parent's disability certificate.
b) Applicants who are forcibly displaced:
1. A copy of his IDP card;
c) Copy of documents of persons with I and II degrees of disability, as well as applicants with limited health opportunities under the age of 18.
d) Children of citizens who became disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
1. Copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. Copy of the parent's disability certificate.
e) Applicants who are members of the martyr's family:
1. Copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
2. Copy of the certificate of the parent or guardian confirming the status of a martyr.
Applicants whose registration has been confirmed must submit the following documents to the relevant faculties of SSU:
1. 3 copies of the identity card;
2. The original of the certificate;
3. The original of the sub-baccalaureate diploma;
4. 4 photos of 3x4 cm size;
5. Medical certificate;
6. A notarized copy of the document confirming that it is privileged for the privileged persons provided for in the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (displaced persons, families of martyrs, children of disabled people of the Karabakh war, those deprived of parental care), accepted on a paid basis.
Online registration will continue from September 2 to 12.
The Comission for admission of documents operates every day from 9:00 to 17:00.
