THE STUDENTS OF SSU WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE SHARED THEIR INITIAL IMPRESSIONS
With the beginning of the spring semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, Sumgayit State University (SSU) students started their production and pedagogical experiences. In order to learn the impressions of the first three days with the students who have undergone production experience after the students were sent to the internships, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Public Relations of SSU Elmar Khalilov met with the internship students at the ‘Gilan’ Textile Park and Aygul Guliyeva, the leading specialist in Human Resources of the institution. Ms. Aygul said that in the 12 years that Park has been in operation, along with other higher education institutions, SSU students have also been admitted to industrial experiences.

Humay Bagirova, who studied ecology, said that the trainees were assigned to specific specialists, that the training plans were established in the direction of the regulation of production on the ecological level, and that they worked together with the specialists of the relevant department.
Parviz Hamzayev, one of the other students who had an internship at the paint factory, who studied in the field of mechanical engineering, noted that they watched the process of expanding, coloring and changing the dimensions of the fabrics. He said that despite the fact that 3 days have passed since the beginning of the internship, they received their first assignments and joined the equipment repair work, took part in its start-up and joined other technological processes.
Another intern, Nasir Nagiyev, who stated that they participated in the production of raw materials, weaving, dyeing and other technological processes, and learned how to work with mechanical devices, emphasized that the path of engineering goes directly through the production process.
During the meeting, the director of the Paint factory, Eren Chakıroglu, said that the intern students of the university have a high love of learning.
