‘Open door’ days for students continue at Sumgait State University

The familiarization with the university of senior high school students organized by the initiative of Sumgait State University and Absheron-Khizi Regional Education Department continues. On April 25, applicants from other schools also visited Sumgait State University.

First, the students visited the memorial complex created in the yard of the university to perpetuate the memories of the students and graduates who rose to the peak of martyrdom, then to get to know the university closely, they visited the Heydar Aliyev Center, individual faculties, auditoriums, laboratories, the Scientific library, classrooms and gymnasium, as well as the dormitory. Here they were given extensive information about the

university and the strategic goals of the higher school. Pupils participated in lessons together with students. Excited to sit in the auditorium for the first time, schoolchildren listened to the lessons with great interest. Later, they were closely acquainted with the conditions organized in the university yard for students to spend their free time effectively.

Many questions of the students were answered at the meeting. Appreciating the conditions created for students, each of the schoolchildren left the university with good impressions with the desire to become a student of SSU.
