Sumgayit State University (SSU) successfully implemented the program "Involvement of experts from the business world" in the faculties of Engineering, Economics and Management in order to increase familiarity with modern industrial trends and innovative technologies, to develop students' practical knowledge and skills. Within this program, well-known professionals in their fields shared their deep knowledge and experience with students. The purpose of the program is to create new employment criteria in accordance with the requirements of the modern business world. Experts helped students gain real-world experience by conducting webinars. At the same time, new recruitment requirements were formulated and job offers were made to candidates who met these requirements.
