Memory of Khojaly victims was revered  by minute of silence in the facul ties of Economy and Management, History and Geography  with the  organization   of Student Youth Organization in Sumgait State University. 
The dean of the faculty History and Geography, professor Adil Bakshaliev ope ning the event stated that on February 25, 1992 and 26  Khojaly genocide and bloody crimes of armenian insidious policy committed by Armenian armed forces, Independent  States Union’s military men of the regiment number 366 will never be forgotten. As the events implemented in Khojaly which were associated with massacres, brutal violence, was  not only a bloody crime against Azerbaijan people but also against the whole mankind. Hundreds of Khojaly inhabitants were violent ly and brutally killed, set on fire and taken as hostages. The dean also mentioned that although UNO adopted 4 resolutions for endoubtedly leaving of armenians from Azerbaijan lands, there is no any aggression towards this invader state..
Deputy chairman of SYO Eldar Muzaffar, 1st year student of the fa culty Economy and Management Saleh Musayev, 1st year students of the faculty of History and Geography Ali Miriyev and Nidjat Qasimli men tioned in their speech that in committing such terrifying crimes in Kho jaly the armenian chauvinists was their own purposeful act against Azerbaija  nians.They had only one purpose to invade Nagorno- Garabagh and other Azerbaijan territories and breaking the persistence power of our nation for the territorial integrity.  It is clear that this tragedy was terrifying, shocking and crushing for all the Azerbaijan nation, especially for the inhabitants of Khojaly.
