On December 16, a seminar aimed at helping young people succeed in the business world was organized by employees of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA), in collaboration with the Career and Alumni affairs Center and the Absheron-Khizi regional office of the Youth Development and Career Center. The seminar was opened by Sevinj Gasimova, director of the Absheron-Khizi regional office of the Youth Development and Career Center, who emphasized the significance of the event. She highlighted that the seminar organized by IBA would have a positive impact on the professional lives of young participants, serving as an important stepping stone for their future success. S.Gasimova also mentioned that the seminar would enhance their knowledge of recruitment and leadership issues and provide valuable guidance on how to build their career plans in a healthier way. Next, Malahat Abdullayeva, director of the IBA Human Resources Management department, delivered a speech titled "Become the Architect of Your Life Story," offering insights on how to build a successful career. Rena Mammadli, head of the IBA Recruitment and Planning Department, also addressed the participants with a speech on "The First Step to Leadership: Ways to Stand Out in the Recruitment Process." She shared practical advice on how young people can distinguish themselves in the recruitment process and take key steps toward successful leadership. The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, during which participants had the opportunity to ask questions. Students who actively participated and stood out during the session were awarded gifts.
