On December 24, the winner of the third ‘Yukselish’ competition, our graduate Farid Isayev held an info session about the competition at Sumgayit State University. First, Aynur Yusubova, a specialist from Center of the Career and Alumni Affairs, spoke about the importance of the competition. She introduced the winner of the ‘Yukselish’ competition, Farid Isayev. Farid Isayev emphasized that the ‘Yukselish’ competition plays an important role in the development of young people and improving their leadership skills, noting that it is an invaluable platform for the formation of a professional personnel reserve bank in the future. Then, he provided detailed information to the students about the mentoring program. At the end of the info session, which was held in an interactive format, the questions of the students were answered. It should be noted that the ‘Yukselish’ competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. A relevant Order was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 25, 2023, regarding the holding of the fourth ‘Yukselish’ competition.
