On March 12, a motivational training was held in order to contribute to the personal development of students on the topic “How to achieve goals?” by trainer Orkhan Shahbaz, organized by the Sumgayit State University Student Trade Union Committee,. First, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Public Relations, Associate Professor Elmar Khalilov made a speech and stated that such trainings are of great importance in terms of the personal and professional development of students. Then, introducing trainer Orkhan Shahbaz, he gave a brief information to the participants about the topic and purpose of the training. Then, trainer Orkhan Shahbaz spoke about the initial stages of building a career and the difficulties he encountered on this path, emphasizing the importance of the basic skills required for success and planned progress. He explained to the students how to correctly define goals and how to apply effective planning techniques to achieve this goal. At the end of the seminar, Orkhan Shahbaz answered the participants’ questions and held discussions on achieving goals and achieving success in personal development.
