The principle of voluntariness includes not only a culture but also goodwill, humanism and meanwhile propagates the patriotism. The Second Forum of Students Volunteers dedicated to the Day of International Volunteers had been held in Dec 9 by the mutual efforts of “One” Students Volunteers Program.V
The minister of education Mr. Mikail Jabbarov, the minister of youth and sports Mr. Azad Rahimov, the chief of the State Agency on Social Innovations and Service to Citizens under the president of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Inam Kerimov, public figures, parliamentarians, the rectors of the universities, the representatives of international associations and mass media have taken part in this forum. 
An event got started by the National Anthem of Azerbaijan Republic. Hereinafter, it was displayed the film dedicated to the forum held last year and works done since that event, and afterwards of that the anthem of the students volunteers was played. The Minister of Education Mr. Mikail Jabbarov welcomed the participants to the forum and noted that the forum is a great of importance in terms of development of voluntariness movement and active participation of the students in the social life. The minister notified as well that our key goal is to grow up the generation ready to global world by preserving smart, innovative and national values. The speaker noticed that the volunteers’ movement is relatively new action in the modern Azerbaijan and the president Mr. Ilham Aliyev  is always paying a special attention on this issue. In the mealtime he mentioned in his speech about the significant role of the volunteers in the large-scale events are held in our country. The minister expressed his deep thanks to the associations to support “One” Students Volunteers Program and wished luck to the students volunteers. 
The minister of youth and sports Mr. Azad Rahimov and the deputy regional representative of UN’s Development Program Mr. Alessandro Frakasetti made a speech and highly estimated the active participation of the volunteers in the international events to be held in our country and pointed out the significance of development of volunteers’ movement. 
Afterwards, the associations which are cooperating with “One” Students Volunteers Program were presented by the certificates. Fortunately, the student of the second course of faculty of Physics and Electro energetic of our university and the coordinator of “One” Students Volunteers Program to our university Mr. Sanan Ahmadov has also been awarded with the certificate. 
The forum ended with the famous song “the student” performed by the students volunteers.
