TECHNICAL SUPPLY DEPARTMENT
According to the protocol No. 01 of the Scientific Council of SSU dated 13.10.2023, in order to organize the more flexible and efficient operation of economic affairs, the Information Technologies Center, Civil defense and fire protection headquarters, Economics, Technical operation and Supply departments operating at the university were merged and the Technical Supply Department was established. From 17.10.2023, Tahir Hatem oglu Mammadli was appointed as the head of the Department.
Tahir Hatem oglu Mammadli was born in Baku in 1991. In 2014, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the University of Oil and Industry. In 2015-2020, he worked in many private companies, and since April 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of Maintenance and Technical Service at the Educational Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party, married and has 1 child.
Center for Information Technologies: In SSU, it implements the use of ICT equipment in the field of teaching and scientific research, the creation and improvement of a single computer network, the website, the organization of their work, the organization and regulation of work in the field of ensuring quality and continuous Internet connection. It provides technical support for the formation and expansion of relevant databases and existing information management systems.
Civil Defense and Fire Protection Headquarters: Solving Civil Defense issues ensures the implementation of preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of emergency situations.
The Department of Economics carries out work on economic service in the structural divisions of the university, in the Student House and fulfills certain obligations. The Department of Economics ensures the maintenance of equipment, their restoration, as well as the cleanliness of rooms, auditoriums and attached areas.
The technical operation department ensures uninterrupted operation of the energy carrier and electricity of the production area. It ensures uninterrupted, technically correct operation and maintenance of technical equipment.
In the university, the works related to equipment, stationery, household goods are carried out by the Supply department. The department ensures efficient use of the warehouse, receipt, placement and release of goods entering the warehouse.
